Magnevane Motors presents its first series of models with a power range between 1.0 Kw to 18.6 Kw.
Each model in this series comes with 3 variations: Standard, ATEX and Hygienic, to meet the needs and requirements of specific sectors such as Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, among others.

There are five MVE series air motors in this range. The MVE series air motor is used in lubricated and non-lubricated applications due to the novel and inventive zero mechanical moving parts, which increase horse power, torque, decreases air consumption and extends the life of vanes.
Each model comes in 3 variations for different applications: Standard, ATEX and Hygienic.

ATEX MOTORS

This design variation is specially conceived for equipment used in potentially explosive environments in compliance with European Union´s ATEX directive 2014/34/EU and EN ISO 80079-36
The motor’s housing is entirely built in 316L stainless steel with exception of the insert which is made from cast iron. Ring seals and cap seals come in Viton.
Stainless steel parts are passivated for corrosion protection.
The model can be supplied in Lubricated version or Lubrication Free version with different types of vanes for each case.
